Strong statement isn’t it?
But so true! Because if we don’t resonate, if you aren’t my “ideal person”, well, then I don’t want to work with you.
Am I that rich that I can reject potential business and clients? Definitely not!
Am I crazy? Possible 🙂 at least from a rational standpoint.
Am I tru to myself? Yes! Because after many years I start to get a better understanding oh who I am and what I am looking for.
I am the happy ethical tribe builder! I didn’t make that up for the fun. It comes from my years as a child when my mom got sick and spend time away (hospital mostly) and my dad worked his arse of to get the family running.
I missed the “tribe”, the family tribe, and still then I am looking for building tribes that work for people to be happy, to succeed together.
Not everyone can join my tribe as you may not care about this or have perfectly running tribes. Not everyone will need my help to build your own tribe, as you may perfectly know how to do that or are happy with what you have.
But, if you are like me, and want to create tribes made of people who resonate with you, and if you want to lead these tribes, then we may have some fun together walking on that path.
A tribe requires a mot of work, a tribe could be made of your clients, of your team, of friends … of many different people. But you need to know who you want in your tribes and how to keep them part of these.
That will require persuasion, ethical persuasion and a lot of commitment. Because a tribe needs a leader, not a traditional business leader. No!
A primal brain leader! Just as their brains expect you to be, just like the leader was 100.000 years ago … because your brains, their brains still think of a leader like that!
