The Optimal 
Client Strategy

The Persuasion Formula

Using rational arguments to drive a decision is the best way for you to waste resources. You will either have to give bigger rebates, more trial periods, etc... Why? Because the Primal Brain, the decision maker, isn't rational and when pushed to make a decision will need to feel a win! That win is your loss! The Persuasion Formula is the secret to drive decisions making the primal brain happy without losing your margin.

Simple. There are only three parameters to work on and you already have most of the tools in your hands without knowing it. Frustrations, WHY, Tribe.

Trigger the Decision Maker. With the Persuasion Formula you have the perfect tool to directly trigger the decision maker in your client's brain and help them reach the decisions they want. 

Win and make them happy. As you help them remove their frustrations you will get the result you want while making them happy! This is what ethical persuasion is about! Helping people to get reach the best decision to remove their frustration while getting what you want!

Module #3
The WHY Creator

Your WHY is the way to talk about yourself while keeping in touch with their self-centred Primal Brain. Your WHY is the tool to tell the story they will relate to and resonate with. Your WHY will also drive emotions - it has be proven that there is no decision without emotions - and trust.

They will want more from you. Resonating with you means that they connect at the primal level with you, they can relate to who you are and know you can help them. This makes them eager to get more from you.

70% buy from who they know, like and admire. When you have a WHY you become someone their brain knows and trusts, thus you attract more sales. By the way, you only have a 5% to 20% chance to sell to someone who doesn't trust you, or don't know you. What percentage do you prefer?

Strong list. People who resonate with your WHY are people who will keep following you. But they will also reciprocate, because your WHY is about sharing who you are with them. To thank you they will try to make you happy too, subconsciously! Humans being a social species they will tend to join your tribe.

Module #4
The Tribe Builder

The human species basic structure is the tribe. Your brain , their brain is configured to be part of tribes. You will learn to build your tribe, and become a trusted and respected leader your clients want to follow and get more from.

Clients become friends. You will discover that you can move from a "seller-client" basis of forced decision making, manipulation to a "friends" based relationship driven by respect and trust.

Grow the pleasure of sharing. Being a tribe leader brings you to enjoy sharing instead of sending out brochures and price lists that none ever wants to see. Learn how to nurture a persuasive and ethical tribe relationship.

Recurring sales. When you nurture your tribe their brains feel the need to reciprocate, to thank you for taking care of them. How? By buying from you!

The Brain Friendly Speaker Toolbox

Each time you give a presentation you expect a decision, the first one being for your audience to listen to you. Giving brain friendly presentations will help you capture their attention for the whole duration but will also teach you how to use your own brain to become an amazing public speaker. This is about the brain! Not shaky psychology.

Positive First Impression. "Never judge a book on its cover", well guess what? The brain does precisely that when you meet someone for the first time. Their brain will deconstruct you and rebuild you based on how their primal brain perceives you. Time to win the "first impression competition".

Drive to share. By being connected with their primal brain using the power of "trust" you will get them to open themselves and start being human again, no more being that "corporate/business" robot they think, wrongly, they are. Their brain will thank you for that.
